Advertising is a key component of marketing communication that shapes consumers' perceptions, attitudes, and behavioural responses towards brands, particularly in the highly competitive beverage market. This study examines the impact of advertising on Brand Perception (BP) in Pakistan's beverage industry, conceptualising advertising through three dimensions: Advertising Exposure (AE), Advertising Credibility (AC), and advertising appeals (AA). A quantitative, cross-sectional survey design was used, with primary data collected from 300 respondents across cities of Punjab using a structured five-point Likert questionnaire. Data were analysed in SPSS using descriptive statistics, reliability testing, Pearson correlation, and multiple linear regression. The instrument showed excellent internal consistency (Cronbach's Alpha = 0.907). All three advertising dimensions were positively and significantly related to BP; AA had the strongest influence, followed by AC, while AE had the weakest, though still significant, effect. BP also showed potential to positively influence purchase intention and brand loyalty. The study concludes that strategically designed, credible, and emotionally engaging advertising builds favourable brand perception, and recommends that beverage firms adopt an integrated advertising approach combining persuasive appeals, credibility, and consistent exposure.
